Necrosis is the premature death of cells and living tissue that is always detrimental and can be fatal. When necrotic tissue builds up it must be removed.

| hey yon, as you know I moved to the UK in like 2007 didn't I? well check this out, complete BS. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Economy_Act_2010If they even SUSPECT you of downloading anything illegally [e.g. mass downloads.. I have Steam though and buy games alot  ] then they can just turn your internet off, you don't even get a warning. | |

| its not that this was "the wrong people"
it wasn't even true politicians, it was an act hastily written and ordered whilst the parliament was in shambles during the election.
