Why create such a forum?

Several reason's have lead me to create this forum but the biggest is the over moderation and censorship on previous forums that I have visited has inspired to to create a forum solely about today's politics. Today's politics are more controversial than they ever have been and …

The Rules here are very simple

-No Attacking a person's race and/or religion
-No Personal Threats (this includes the politicians)
-Stay on Topic
-No links to porn sites and nudity
-Swearing is allowed but it has to be appropriate and NO F-bombs and other grossly vulgar words

-Don't be a douchebag

Most offensives will get a warning, however you may not even get a warning and you may be banned, …

I would like to thank Yonni for starting this forum.....The topics that have been brought up in this place have time bomb written all over them.....It's great to see that people from all sides of the spectrum can have these discussions while being respectful of there fellow man.. It almost give's a guy hope that people can work out there difference's in an adult way and try to solve some of the problems tearing this country apart...

Great job, Yonni. Thanks for this sight where we can speak our mind. Not allowed to do that in the work place anymore. At least here we can express our freedom of speech!

Our right to free speech is often over looked and disrespected by others, and taken for granted by US. I think it's important to have a place to say what or how we feel. And as Plotty suggested, it's nice to have a place to discuss things like adults.

In my very short tenure here I'll say one thing I've noticed...there isn't the name calling, belittling I was suspecting. I've yet to read every post to every thread and I doubt I will but one thing is we live in a world with all it's diversity...and thus far I've found this forum a fun place and right now respectful of someone elses opinions without the BS even though we may not have the same picture painted in our or your frame.

GREAT JOB YONNI AND ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...we'll agree to disagree on many things what a dull place the world would be even for our fine Country if we all agreed on everything. Just be glad we live where we do have have the right to voice in print on this forum how we see things.
