| Well my friends again it wasn't all encompassing more related to one area. However, if you use (which I did the logic of answering the question) without think'n of the correct answer like the Myers-Briggs tests... I believe it can be helpful in realizing one's short comings...if that's what one what to calls it. Here's a link to Myers-Briggs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_IndicatorHowever, in my going to college and life's lessons not sitting in a class room in a college or religious seminar or whatever and that's learning the book issues only and seeing them as the 'truth'...one has to really see the best way possible...one thing though you won't really know how other's see you and it comes down to johari's window and how people see you and you may not see how others see you (you preceive what you believe other's see)...a vast majority of folks will not tell you you're an Asreh*le and why they see that...there's 4 basic window panes...if you want to learn more (if you've never heard of Johari's window) than may I suggest reading the following with additional research. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johari_windowAgain human diversity at it finest...and being able to effectively communicate with 'justifable rationale' one's position...removing....key word here 'emotions'...and I believe at times we all fall victim to emotions along with faulty logic. I'll letcha look up 'faulty logic'.... | |

| Call me extreme, but this caused me to end the 'test': - Quote :
- 18. I truly care about the people I work with as people – not just as the “human capital” needed to produce results.
Am I the only one that sees Marxism in the terminology "human capital"?

| Diversity...I guess there all sorts of online applications that people can use to justify and rationalize lifestyles.
Diversity destroys societies, quite the opposite of what the left would lead you believe.

| Fatbass, does anyone outside of Marxists use the term "human capital"? Honest question. | |

- In some way, the idea of "human capital" is similar to Karl Marx's concept of labor power: he thought in capitalism workers sold their labor power in order to receive income (wages and salaries). But long before Mincer or Becker wrote, Marx pointed to "two disagreeably frustrating facts" with theories that equate wages or salaries with the interest on human capital.
So I was right. | |

| Well I'm the low one then, 82.5. Oh well! I'm not to concerned with what a online test tells about anyone. This is one I like, your inner animal spirit. I'm a Wolverine! http://www.jerismithready.com/quiz/ | |

Pretty common term in some high-tech aerospace businesses, actually. I never took it as derogatory. It's akin to "manpower".

Pretty common term in some high-tech aerospace businesses, actually. I never took it as derogatory. It's akin to "manpower". It originated under the Marx theory, so that is what I associate it with. Just as I associate the terminology, "human action" with Ludwig von Mises. I am sure that others use it is certain realms, but it was first coined by Mises.
