1st Amendment rights trampled? Empty
PostSubject: 1st Amendment rights trampled?   1st Amendment rights trampled? EmptySun May 30, 2010 6:14 pm

Here's is a link concerning my wife's uncle, who is being currently being investigated. Some say his 1st amendment rights are being trampled upon, but the article leads me to believe his not being quite honest with his family.

What do you think?

I think the Ogden paper is a liberal leaning newspaper and any analysis they provide their public will be biased along liberal lines. That said, anything they report should be taken with a grain of salt and not at face value.

The really hard part for anything like this on a local level is being able to get information from other sources. Sources that cover national level items like The Drudge Report or The Fox News Channel (Not Channel 13 locally) are not going to be covering items like this in most cases. So it will be difficult to find enough information to make an informed decision regarding the validity of such charges. Good luck with getting the "whole" truth. Very Happy

Dead right, dubob! I send letters all the time and get a few printed now and then showing how foolish their liberal views are.
