When your boss decides he's had enough and shuts it down and takes your pension
that has several years of your investment in it it's no big deal wish him well and be glad the GOVT made this donation on your part possible by not being involved.

When your boss tells you to build a product that you KNOW is going to hurt people
either you will have the balls to blow the whistle ( which I think you would ) or clam up and watch people die are you gonna have a job after you blow the whistle or any compensation.

Your boss tells you that you are going to work the next 72 hours straight for staight time or you are fired good luck cause we wouldn't want anybody coming to help...Just quit and find a new job right... Don't even ask for Un employment or social security
cause these socialist GOVT programs don't exist... Just go poach the neighbors cat or dog...

Have you ever read the US Constitution? Article 1 Section 8 third paragraph covers this issue. It states: "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States........" The wikipedia definition of Commerce: "It comprises the trading of something of economic value such as goods, services, information, or money between two or more entities." I am hoping I don't need to define Nations and States for you.

This is utter nonsense. First, what would be gained by a company to 'force' someone to work 72 hours straight? Second, anyone DUMB enough to agree to work 72 hours straight for straight wages deserves exactly what he gets. Third, how long do you think such a business would stay afloat with such tyrannical work conditions? This is nothing more than a red herring that has NO substance whatsoever.
