Several reason's have lead me to create this forum but the biggest is the over moderation and censorship on previous forums that I have visited has inspired to to create a forum solely about today's politics. Today's politics are more controversial than they ever have been and …

The Supreme Court recently struck down a California Law concerning video games and the First Amendment. This was the only article I found that has the actual court transcript, it's long but the commentary is excellent. And to be honest, I enjoyed some of the questioning from Kagan and Sotomayor as well.

I agree as well

It was a no-brainer for everyone but our courts. Morality is always relative. No government has the right to dictate what is produced. The marketplace decides what should be produced.
