Necrosis is the premature death of cells and living tissue that is always detrimental and can be fatal. When necrotic tissue builds up it must be removed.

All depends if Obama wants reelection or not, if he is going to do what Clinton suggests then there will be real trouble for the Dems and you will see many republicans win in 2012. I have another theory but I will called out as extreme, so I will hold back on this one Wink

Article 1, section 8 of the Constitution.

Bottom line, it is unconstitutional for Obama to bypass Congress on the debt-ceiling. However, the constitution has yet to stop him from getting what he wants.
