Posse Comitatus null and void. Americans will no longer be afforded due process

I never really believed it would happen but it has. American citizens can now LEGALLY be arrested and held by the US military indefinitely and without cause. My fear that Obama would declare martial law was unfounded since as of the passage of this law it will be unnecessary. King George III, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot would be proud.
