Necrosis is the premature death of cells and living tissue that is always detrimental and can be fatal. When necrotic tissue builds up it must be removed.

| Well it's stupid that Obama is putting a six month ban on oil drilling because that will further hurt the economy. We have drilled thousands of wells in the gulf over the years. We shouldn't ban oil drilling because of one disaster. We should be drilling closer to shore or on land. | |
