| I have met him personally, and he is a little too "over the top" for my liking. I agree with some things he has to say, and wish that he would say other things differently, meaning the things that make him look like a dipshit. | |

| I liked some of his music and I love his passion about hunting and although he is over the top sometimes I respect the passion he has for his political beliefs. I think he would make a better president than anyone we will have to choose from in 2 years. | |

Neither. He is just very passionate about his beliefs and isn't afraid to tell you straight up. Somewhat like some of the posters on this forum. A-FREAKING-MEN! | |

| Obviously he was ignorant of the law. I am pretty sure he wouldn't have filmed it if he was aware that what he was doing was illegal. I thought you were an independent thinker. Judging by the rag you linked to your as much a sheeple as the neo-cons that regurgitate Hannitys' talking points. | |

| Don't put words in my mouth VOR. I never said anything about liberal media but a rag called appeal democrat or democrat appeal whatever it's called it is pretty obvious where they stand. Ted is alot of things but stupid isn't one of them. If he was knowingly committing a crime I don't believe he would have filmed it or allow it to be broadcast on television. Come on VOR just because you disagree with his political views at least have the intellectual honesty to see the situation for what it is. I also never said anything about giving him a pass but there is a difference between making a mistake due to ignorance and knowingly violating the law. Besides that he was on private property and as far as the alleged baiting is concerned I don't believe the govt has the authority to outlaw that activity on private property. Shooting the spike is according to the article illegal and they do have the right to set that rule and he has been fined and I am sure the next time he will make sure he knows the laws and will follow them. | |

| When it comes to wildlife laws the Feds can do pretty much what they want on any land, public or private... Sometimes they must wait for a warrant and sometimes they don't... It is private ground but it's public wildlife. | |
