Why create such a forum?

Several reason's have lead me to create this forum but the biggest is the over moderation and censorship on previous forums that I have visited has inspired to to create a forum solely about today's politics. Today's politics are more controversial than they ever have been and …

The Rules here are very simple

-No Attacking a person's race and/or religion
-No Personal Threats (this includes the politicians)
-Stay on Topic
-No links to porn sites and nudity
-Swearing is allowed but it has to be appropriate and NO F-bombs and other grossly vulgar words

-Don't be a douchebag

Great idea! I am all for giving the Tea Party type people the 'red' states, and giving the progressive/socialists type people the 'blue' states. The article is full of flat out lies, misquotes, bullshit, and more lies. I can see why you, VOR, like such an article. How you, ANYONE, can be so damn blind/dumb as to think ANY of the ills this nation is experiencing is due to the Tea Party and not the fault of progressives in BOTH parties is nothing short of stunning. Obama has done NOTHING that has made this nation stronger, wealthier, healthier, happier. And, the Tea Party has done NOTHING that has made this nation weaker, poorer, less healthy, sadder. But hell, lets condemn the Tea Party and praise Obama. Talk about stupidity and arrogance/ignorance! Blaming ANYTHING that is happening to this nation on the Tea Party is akin to blaming bow hunters for the decline of mule deer populations. I realize you like to troll, but it is beyond scary that you read this and agree with ANY of it!!!!!!!

I swear you are getting more ignorant by the day! BHO has done plenty, and the Tea Party has a MINORITY of either House, so who in the HELL are they calling the shots? BHO has pushed through TWO stimulus packages which have pushed us further in debt, he pushed through Obamacare which has pushed us further in debt, he has kept Gitmo open, kept the wars going and adding another one, all which have continued to ramp up the debt, he has attacked small businesses and bailed out big businesses and banks, he has done NOTHING to reduce the debt but done mountains of stupidity to increase the debt. Blaming the mess this country is in on the Tea Party is like blaming Paul Revere for the British attacking us.
