Necrosis is the premature death of cells and living tissue that is always detrimental and can be fatal. When necrotic tissue builds up it must be removed.

Im not sure much of the Affordable Care Act has kicked in yet . . .

There will always be people taking advantage of any system . . this is not where the majority of our tax dollars are going... I agree programs need refining and tweaking...

I dont think you will find any audio/video clips of Pres Obama telling people to not get a job, have more kids, and take advantage of the safety net that US citizens provide . .
