Necrosis is the premature death of cells and living tissue that is always detrimental and can be fatal. When necrotic tissue builds up it must be removed.

The President has declared DOMA (defense of marrriage act) unconstitutional, and intends to cease legal defense, along with the DOJ, of section 3 of DOMA.

What I find the most curious about this, is how Obama CAN find something unconstitutional in this law, but CAN'T find anything unconstitutional with his holiness' Health Care law.......
