Remember when top to bottom compensation was around 50 to 1?? Times were good and the middle class had cash to spend on the wealthy's goods and services
keeping them wealthy.

Now it's around 400 to 1 top to bottom and ya wonder why the economy is struggling??? Has nothing to do with condemning the rich.. Has everything to do with the rich condemning the middle and lower class and eventually themselves.

You really are a dumb ass! Why would the wealthy 'condemn' themselves? Should they feel guilty for making YOUR life better? Sure there are those who have gained wealth through deviant means, but I contend they are in the minority. But, as this article CORRECTLY asserts, most of those who are wealthy have made the middle/lower classes lives BETTER! If you want to rail on crony-capitalists, I am right there with you. I condemn dirt bags like George Soros far more than any so-called Occupier does.

Have a I received a raise? I guess that depends on how one measures compensation. I live in a better house, I have more food, I am MUCH happier, and I am doing what I love to do. So, in my view I am much 'richer' today than a year ago..........

Value is what is key, and I value doing what I love, spending time with my family, and living more than a mile from my closest neighbor more than I value a large bank account. You foolishly view money as the only form of measuring profit, I do NOT! The rich are not, at least the MAJORITY of them, benefiting from 'my' upward welfare/r=trickle down economic wet dream, they are benefiting from offering goods/services that people want/demand, and are able to do so at a PROFIT. Steve Jobs was a VERY wealthy man, not because of trickle down policies, not because he 'hoarded' his money, not because he was taxed at a supposedly lower tax rate, but because he proved people products they wanted and that the people were willing to pay for! Same for Bill Gates, and MOST...dare I say 99% of the super wealthy.....So, since 48% of Americans in effect pay ZERO taxes, is that the tax rate the wealthy should pay?
