A federal judge ruled Obamacare unconstitutional, and went so far as to suggest that the whole entire law should be voided.

Now, any thoughts on why The Federal Judge would continue to allow implementation of the law after declaring it unconstitutional? I have my thoughts, but I'm interested in yours.

It is unconstitutional, but go ahead and still implement it? That is a giant pile of BS. Yet they did the opposite when it came to taking the wolf off the Endangered species list, that is frustrating.

So, it was ruled unconstitutional by The Federal Judge and the Demoncat Morons in the Senate just voted the repeal down.
This should be enough to convince anyone that The Rule of Law means absolutely nothing to Progressive/Marxists, as they will continue to IMPLEMENT Obamacare against a legitimate Federal Ruling. The new healthcare law should be suspended until The SCOTUS rules.

Why, yes BERG! The Marxist Obamalamadingding administration will continue to ignore the rule of law as long as we let them. Time to walk like an Egyptian.

The older I get, and the more I see and hear, the more I truly believe that anyone bearing a "D" beside their name, is more concerned with agenda than representation. I am not saying the "R's" aren't exactly the same, just that the "D's" are more obvious in their saying's and doing's. And yet, people gobble that shit up like its filet mignon. Who would've thought soylent green could taste so good....

I'm not sure that the Tea Party is the answer, but one thing I do know, we the people, liberal and conservative alike, are not represented well at all and we have no one to blame but ourselves for electing people(f**ktards) who care more about their accomplishments than America itself.

Did you see the proposed state bill in South Dakota where everyone will be required to buy a gun based on the same logic of requiring everyone to buy health insurance.

I heard something about it, do you have a link? I would opinion that requiring everyone to purchase a firearm falls in the same argument.

I think if you want health care reform and want lower health care cost for everyone. Allow insurance companies to sell insurance policies across state lines. As it stands right now health insurance is not allowed to be sold across state lines thus inhibiting competition which would keep premiums lower. I know this article is two years old but it still applies today, it always has and always will.

With no competition they govt will be able to charge as much as it wants. A lot like the same problem we have now, there is hardly any competition for an insurance company and they can charge whatever they want knowing you can't go anywhere else. Now remove state boundary restrictions and you will have some good competition between companies. Socialized healthcare does not and never will work.

I am calling bullshit. I lived in canada for 2 years, I got a pretty good idea of how "good it works", guess what it doesn't. If you ain't dying then good luck getting surgery. You got a torn ACL or any other such surgery your looking at least a year waiting period. There is a reason canadians and citizens of other countries come to the united states to get their surgeries done. I think that should say something about how good our health care system is in this country. When people from other countries are coming here to get healthcare do you really think we should be looking to model our health care like theirs?

Tell us of your personal health care experiences in other countries, please. I can vouch for British and German health care being a waiting game for anything but a Tylenol. You are simply ignorant of how health care is dispensed in socialist countries.
