I am very concerned with this because all of those bad loans made during the housing bubble ended up costing US TAXPAYERS $trillions. Now the gov't is going to double down on more bad loans that we will end up getting stuck with as the dollar shrinks and we enter the second dip in this recession depression.

What the phone call employment verification does is BASICALLY CONFIRM that the rest of their hard credit application is valid.

It's Washington that is causing the problem by bailing out Wall St; assuring that profits are privatized and losses are paid by taxpayers. And I do care about our stupid wars. I stand by my assessment that there will be more fraud and abuse.
